WiM is committed to preserving your privacy.

The information you provide will be used by WiM to enhance visibility of its members and for reporting purposes. WiM is using the professional and/or personal information that you have provided with consent for these purposes. WiM’s mailing list will keep you informed about news and progress regarding WiM’s events, activities and programmes, as well as providing you with any services you have requested and the promotion of benefits and services, and opportunities of interest to you.

We will hold the data you provided us for 10 years before asking if you would like to continue your membership of WiM, or less time should you unsubscribe from WiM. We use Google as a cloud provider. The University of Edinburgh remains responsible for the information and will ensure it is kept securely.
